This 90-minute, eLearning course provides you with the essential background information you need to succeed in all level-one OnBase courses.
For Partners, the Introduction to Installation course prepares IT Professionals for their role as OnBase Installers. For Customers, the System Administration course prepares you for your role as OnBase System Administrators.
This five (5) day course will help you develop the practical skills needed to diagnose and troubleshoot common OnBase support issues.
