This course covers our Document Tracking module, which is used to simplify compliance activities surrounding document-intensive business practices. Document Tracking expert Jerry Fochtman walks through the two different end user demonstrations of functionality: one for HR Onboarding, and another in the Financial Services / Lending industry. You’ll see how to configure and troubleshoot functionality that allows users to visually identify missing, incomplete, or expired documents—persistently tracking document status. Users receive notifications of upcoming document expiration, prompting them to take appropriate action in a timely manner and track follow-up activities. Document Tracking improves control over the management of required documents, related tasks and the quality of customer service.
