Docker is a hot topic in the software engineering space these days. It allows for software to be packaged, deployed, and scaled more simply than ever before. We have a keen interest in making containers an available and preferred deployment option for all of your OnBase needs over the next few years. This course is intended to spread awareness and knowledge about the future of containers and the direction OnBase is headed. It will be agnostic to OnBase and is intended to be a general purpose Docker course.

Whether you're a business process owner, a Content Administrator, or a Forms Developer, building feature rich forms is a cinch with the Unity Forms Designer. In the Introduction to Unity Forms course we'll cover the basics of building a Unity Form: add Keywords, Datasets, line items, and a variety of other controls to your form; improve form usability with Autofill functionality; customize your form with Themes, logos and other images; create multi-page forms with tabs; restrict access to form sections or pages with user group based security; and more.

Wondering how to easily *create* documents, and not just manage them?  In this introductory course, we’ll review the basics of creating customer communications with Content Composer.  Topics include producing, sending, tracking and archiving documents, directly from your line-of-business or ECM system.  We’ll distribute documents using modern tools like SMS text and ShareBase file sync and share, and archive them into Perceptive Content.
P213 Administrator's Handbook
What are those things that every administrator needs to know about successfully owning and growing your solution? What are those areas of functionality you never knew about or forgot existed that can help make your day to day administration easier, simpler, and clearer. What do you need to pay attention to in order to ensure your solution stays up and meets user needs? This session will address these questions and more as we explore best practices and tips for Content administrators. We’ll look at common misconceptions that create barriers to user adoption, and some of the techniques you can deploy to ensure the system runs smoothly for those times you are away from the office at, let’s say, a training conference. Would you like to have documents tied to your line of business application allowing your end users to see the full picture with a single click? Join us as we begin the journey of integrating Line of Business applications to Perceptive Content. We will drive through LearnMode learning the basics of configuration to create that connection. You will leave this session with a basic understanding of how to create a LearnMode application plan and multiple LearnMode methods as well as vbscripted ways to learn shifting values including appGetData and appGetTree.

OnBase WorkView provides case workers with a 360° view of all the information they need to drive the—often unpredictable—work that requires their knowledge and expertise.
