We’ve recently updated the login technology for all Hyland web properties to Hyland ID, built on the industry- leading, cloud-based identity provider, OKTA.

This means that if:

  • You selected Remember my login on this computer on the Hyland Profiles Sign In page, or
  • Have stored your Training.Hyland.com credentials in a browser or password-saving application,

The login URL is changing. 
To ensure easier access, update any bookmarked URLs from Profiles.OnBase.com to ID.Hyland.com.

General Course Questions

We offer Learning Paths that provide a step-by-step sequence of OnBase courses, so you have a straightforward, surefire way to expand your OnBase expertise.

You can view prerequisite requirements for each course by reviewing the course page via Training.Hyland.com. Prerequisites may be found under the Details tab mid-way down on the right side per course page.

Once logged into Training.Hyland.com, please select the course of interest. When the course page opens, the Agenda button will be on the right side of your screen.

After your registration has been confirmed, access to the Instructor-led or Self-Paced course materials will be under the Resources and Links tab of the specific course. You must be logged into Training.Hyland.com in order to access the materials.

For our domestic Partners we now offer a Self-Paced version of the Introduction to Installation course. If interested in attending, please register here.

Course Registration & Payment

Even though a PO has been submitted, a registration must be submitted online to attend the course. If unsure if you are registered, please login to Training.Hyland.com to review your transcript under your My Training Transcript.

Once the class is confirmed, our Accounting Department will email an invoice within a week. Any questions regarding an invoice should be directed to trainingbilling@hyland.com.

If there is a discount available, you may select it at the time of registration. If the discount tab is not visible at the time of registration, please reach out to trainingbilling@hyland.com.

Cancellations with full refunds will be allowed up to 7 days prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax at 440-788-5792 or email to: training@hyland.com. Any cancellation occurring within 7 days of the start date will receive a refund less a 25% non-refundable late cancellation charge regardless of when the registration was made. Registrants who do not attend a course and fail to notify Hyland Software, Inc will forfeit the entire registration fee. You may transfer your class registration to a different class provided you are paid in full and you notify Hyland Software, Inc. within 7 days prior to the start date of the course. Transfers may be submitted in writing via fax at 440-788-5792 or email at training@hyland.com.

In the event that a class is cancelled at the discretion of Hyland Software, Inc., Hyland will only be liable for tuition fees incurred due to the cancelled class.

Instructor-led Training

Online Courses

No, this will not be an issue. You may use GoToMyPC to access your Mac from a PC, your PC from a Mac or your Mac from a Mac. When connecting to a Mac, GoToMyPC will automatically launch a Viewer optimized for Mac. To test your connection please go here.

No, you do not need to purchase GoToMyPC. The instructor provides login details to our machines at the start of class.

We offer a printed workbook for the following classes:

  • System Administration
  • System Administration Healthcare
  • Advanced System Administration
  • Introduction to Workflow
  • WorkView Implementation
  • Supporting OnBase

The workbook should arrive no later than the Friday before the class start date. If registered to attend a different class other than what is listed above, the workbook and/or any other material will be available online under the Resources & Links tab of the specific course page once logged into Training.Hyland.com.

At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. Access to the online version of the workbook is available under the Resources & Links tab of the specific course name once logged into Training.Hyland.com.

Our Online classes mirror our onsite classes. We ask attendees to have a headset with a microphone for active participation throughout the week. Additionally, a reliable Internet connection is required along with appropriate security settings to allow access to the classroom and lab applications.

Classroom Courses

Casual! We want our attendees to be comfortable. Jeans, shorts, tennis shoes, flip-flops are all acceptable. We do recommend layers due to temperatures fluctuating.

We recommend emailing training@hyland.com to confirm times as they vary based on location and the course attending.

Travel and Accommodations

Please check the recommended Travel and Hotel information here. Please note we do not recommend making travel arrangements until we have confirmed the class. Hyland is not responsible for any travel fees incurred if arrangements are made prior to receiving a course confirmation notification.

At this time, Hyland does not offer a shuttle service. We recommend to please check with the hotel you are staying with to see if they provide a shuttle service. All shuttle arrangements must be scheduled through the hotel property.

Certification and Transcripts


We offer plaques for the following certifications:

All other certifications will receive a PDF of their certification. This is downloadable within the My Training Transcript section once logged into Training.Hyland.com.

At this time, we do not ship plaques internationally. A PDF of your certification is downloadable via Training.Hyland.com under your My Training Transcript.


In order to move your training transcript and certifications to your new company record, you will need to create a new Hyland ID. Once your Hyland ID has been approved, please send an email to training@hyland.com with listing your previous email and a team member will assist you.

Self-Paced Training

Once your registration has been confirmed and payment received, you will receive a confirmation email with how to proceed. If you have any questions please reach out to training@hyland.com.

When reviewing the schedule, the system is set up to show the start date as the last day of each month. However, once registered and payment is received, the attendee will receive a communication that set up will be completed within two business days and access will be granted for 31 consecutive days.

Premium Subscription


Premium Subscription is Hyland’s solution to help your OnBase team learn, grow, and develop as professionals, by providing on-demand online technical training.

Purchasing one subscription is all it takes–Premium is applied to your entire organization, and access is granted to anyone in the organization with an active Hyland profile. You can purchase Premium Subscription for a duration of 1 year or 2 years, and you can renew your subscription at any time by filling out this form.

There are hundreds of courses available in Premium’s growing course library—covering everything from end user training, to new features and solutions. You can find targeted training for individual job roles, and you can track your team’s professional development with training records.

Premium Subscription FAQ

You can determine if your organization has Premium Subscription in two steps:

  1. Log in to Training.Hyland.com using your Hyland profile credentials (must be an active Hyland Profile account).
  2. View your Training Transcript here. A banner near the top of the page will inform you whether or not you have Premium Subscription. If you have Premium Subscription, you can also see when your subscription is set to expire and who your billing contact is for the account.

You can purchase Premium Subscription for your organization by submitting this form. (You must log in to Training.Hyland.com to view the form.)

Once you purchase Premium Subscription, it may take up to 15 minutes before you can access Premium content.

You can purchase Premium Subscription for a duration of 1 year or 2 years, and you can renew your subscription at any time by filling out this form.

You can check when your Premium Subscription is set to expire here.

Once the subscription has started, any current employee of your organization with an active Hyland Profile can access Premium content.

After that point, any new employees need to apply for a Hyland Profile. Typically, within 48 hours of applying, they will be able to access Premium Subscription content.

  • The library of Premium courses offers high-quality, targeted, in-demand content.
  • Premium Subscription includes new End User training. End User training for OnBase 17 and beyond includes a downloadable, editable Job Aid (located in the Resources & Links section of each course). These courses are streamlined to focus on functionality, so learners can easily find the content they need.
  • You can customize training for end users for OnBase 17 and beyond. This enables organizations to distribute End User training internally, over their own networks.
  • Most Learning Paths can only be completed if you have access to Premium content.

Premium Subscription is available to organizations outside of the United States.

However, specific consideration should be given to bandwidth availability and latency when accessing content from our servers located in the US. It’s important that organizations located outside of the U.S. comply with the minimum bandwidth requirements and effectively test their ability to access content prior to purchasing Premium Subscription.

The billing contact for your account received a copy of the invoice via email when he/she purchased Premium Subscription. You can verify the name of your billing contact here.


To take courses on Training.Hyland.com and Premium Subscription, you will need:

  • For browsers, we recommend: Google Chrome 84 or above, Firefox 84.1.0 or above
  • Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS 10.14 or above
  • JavaScript and Cookies enabled
  • Minimum browser resolution 1920x1080 (1080p)

Mobile Video:

  • Andriod 4.4+, iOS 11+
  • Chrome 63, Facebook In-App Browser, or Safari 10

In addition, you will need a broadband internet connection. Our videos stream at 1Mbps - 5Mbps, and we recommend a downstream bandwidth at or above 10Mbps for a smooth playback experience.

You can test your downstream bandwidth at http://www.speedtest.net. Once there, click "GO"

Once complete, your bandwidth is displayed in the box near the middle of your screen.
