411 Advanced Web Server Deployment
Not all OnBase environments are created equally, and the deployment of the OnBase Web Server offers the flexibility to meet the needs of any organization. This session will cover advanced deployment options such as manual installation of OnBase Web and App Server, configuring the OnBase Web Server for AD Authentication, using the Application Server Proxy, and troubleshooting techniques. This session is intended for experienced OnBase administrators and installers who have a firm foundation with the OnBase Web and Application Servers and are familiar with the basics of IIS.

412 Making the API and Workflow Work Better Together
This session is aimed at developers who have completed the OnBase API course, and are now looking for practical advice on how to use it. Specifically, this will discuss best practices and common design considerations when using the Unity Automation API to extend a Workflow solution.

This will include coding considerations such as error handling and tricks with the built-in development environment. The course also emphasizes designing the solution to work with Workflow and OnBase functionality. If you are adding functionality to one or more extensive life cycles (possibly maintained by someone other than you), how do you divide up responsibilities between the Workflow and your custom code? How will you structure the communication between these two systems? If there are errors, will they be understandable by an administrator who doesn't know how to program? These questions will be addressed through hands-on labs. Please note that this is an advanced session and it will be assumed that all students are already familiar with the Unity API.
