Would you like to have documents tied to your line of business application allowing your end users to see the full picture with a single click? Join us as we begin the journey of integrating Line of Business applications to Perceptive Content. We will drive through LearnMode learning the basics of configuration to create that connection. You will leave this session with a basic understanding of how to create a LearnMode application plan and multiple LearnMode methods as well as vbscripted ways to learn shifting values including appGetData and appGetTree.

P112 Workflow Level 2 Tips and Tricks
This course is designed for those that have built or modified an existing Perceptive workflow but would like to learn some tips and tricks associated with building a workflow process. We will cover such concepts as copying queues, creating a Super queue based on Perceptive Content groups, Out of Office, routing between processes, and more. We will also take time to discuss tips and tricks your peers have to offer.

Perceptive Content Foundation & Experience Content Apps is designed to you better acquainted with the latest and greatest additions and updates to the Perceptive Content platform. With a focus on the Foundation release and what that means for you and your organization, we will discuss new features and best practices. This session will provide hands-on activities exploring the changes in both Perceptive Content and also with Experience Content Apps including integration with ShareBase’s Sharing as a Service platform and how you can make the most out of these additions.

Focusing on Single Sign On with Perceptive Experience Content Apps this session will provide a hands on tutorial on configuring Hyland IdP to provide a federated authentication platform for your Content Apps users. Updates made in the Foundation EP1 release of Content Apps enable a tight integration with Hyland IdP and you will gain first experience in how to deploy and configure both products to enable SSO capabilities to your end users.
P312 Business Insight
This course will provide a hands-on overview of Perceptive Content's Business Insight solution. The session will introduce core features, walking learners through creating and managing customized reports.  We will cover creating a report from a Perceptive Content View, customizing a canned report, and creating a new report in Report Studio.
P313 Experience: Mobile
BYOD to class and learn how to start using Perceptive Experience on your mobile devices.  In class we will capture and process a document throughout its lifecycle all from your mobile device using the Experience Content Apps.  Learn how to setup mobile capture profiles and application plans.  Discuss network, architecture, and deployment considerations and strategies.  Get hands-on experience with Perceptive Experience for mobile!  * Mobile device with iOS or Android required.

Now that your organization stores it's documents in Perceptive Content, how do you purge them when they are no longer needed?  Use Perceptive Contents Retention Policy Manager!  In this course you will learn to set up retention policies to account for different phases and dispositions your documents can enter based on potential retention schedule scenarios. Join us for hands-on learning to improve your Perceptive Content retention policy.

Do you have email accounts that receive applications, invoices, or other attachments you need to store in Perceptive Content and/or bring into a workflow process?  If so, Email Agent is for your organization! In this course you will learn what email account scenarios are right for the use of the Email Agent as well as how to install (including prerequisites), configure and test this product.​

Perceptive Experience Capture App can only import documents:  True/False.  Answer: False.  With Perceptive Experience Web Scan (*additional license required), users can also scan documents using the Capture App and a desktop scanner.  In this class we will setup Perceptive Experience Web Scan, configure capture profiles, configure the server to enable multi-doc capture, scan some paper documents, discuss scanner compatibility, make paper airplanes and more!  *Desktop scanners will be provided.
