Whether you're a business process owner or a forms developer, building feature rich forms is a cinch with the Unity Forms Designer. In the Introduction to Unity Forms course we'll cover the basics of building a Unity Form: add Keywords, Datasets, line items, and a variety of other controls to your form; improve form usability with Autofill functionality; customize your form with Themes, logos and other images; create multi-page forms with tabs; restrict access to form sections or pages with user group based security; and more.
P112 Perceptive Content Foundation and Experience Apps
Perceptive Content Foundation & Experience Content Apps is designed to you better acquainted with the latest and greatest additions and updates to the Perceptive Content platform. With a focus on the Foundation release and what that means for you and your organization, we will discuss new features and best practices. This session will provide hands-on activities exploring the changes in both Perceptive Content and also with Experience Content Apps and how you can make the most out of these additions.

True/False. Perceptive Experience Capture App can only import documents.  Answer: False!  With Perceptive Experience Web Scan (*additional license required), users can also scan documents using the Capture App and a desktop scanner.  In this class we will setup Perceptive Experience Web Scan, configure capture profiles, configure the server to enable multi-doc capture, scan some paper documents, discuss scanner compatibility, make paper airplanes and more!  *Desktop scanners will be provided.

We will cover such concepts as copying queues, creating a Super queue based on Perceptive Content groups, Out of Office, routing between processes, and more. We will also take time to discuss tips and tricks your peers have to offer.

Are you ready to learn more about Hyland's newest product - Hyland RPA? Join our RPA Specialists as they cover how Hyland RPA works and then directly implement what you've seen in a VM. You will leave this session having configured part of a Hyland RPA process.

In this session we will focus on searching functionality using different clients. We will enhance your searching using filter view formatting. We will then dive into the intricacies of User Security focusing on the FAQ’s from you, our customers.

Take your basic Hyland RPA skills to the next level in the Intermediate Hyland RPA course! In this course, we will help you understand the power of manipulating selector values, managing unstructured data and diving deeper into the Office API activities. Finish the course by setting up and monitoring your process using RPA Manager and RPA Conductor. Note: Attending the Hyland RPA TechQuest course or prior knowledge of Hyland RPA is highly recommended before attending this course.
